Tushar Parekh
President and
Chief Executive Officer
Tushar Parekh is the founder of Mrecord and has
been responsible for guiding the company since its
inception. Under his leadership, Mrecord has transformed
itself from a services driven company into a major
developer of Speech-To-Text technology and Electronic
Health Record software company. Having driven the
company with consistent year-on-year 40% growth
he has firmly established Mrecord in the leaders
quadrant in the burgeoning healthcare segment. Tushar
has over 10 years of experience in the software
and technology space. Prior to founding Mrecord,
he had founded Servtech System, a technology services
company which he later rolled in Mrecord. He also
serves on Boards of various other companies. Tushar
holds an MBA degree from Bentley College, Waltham,
MA.

Cheryl Wills
Director of Operations
Cheryl Wills is responsible for managing Mrecord's
US operations. Cheryl joined Mrecord in 2008 and
has become integral in driving the operational growth
of the enterprise in areas of revenue assurance,
managed services, personnel and facilities management.
Cheryl participates in all key areas of operation
and execution of business and product strategy.
She has over 30 years of health care services management
experience. Prior to joining Mrecord, Cheryl held
leadership roles at Prudential Health Care Systems
and EmCare.

Sherry Phillips
Director of Customer
Services
Sherry Phillips is responsible for leading Mrecord's
Customer Services Group. Sherry joined Mrecord in
2008 and has been instrumental in establishing Mrecord's
Customer Satisfaction Measurement and Retention
strategy. She actively organizes user interaction
via focused virtual user group conferences and engages
users to participate in the innovation process at
Mrecord. She has over 15 years of experience in
the health care and customer interaction management
including previous positions with Wake County Human
Services.

Nimesh Joshi
VP Technology
Services
Nimesh Joshi is responsible for heading Mrecord's
Technology Services and is a critical part of the
IT product architecture group. Over the past 6 years,
he has managed diverse projects and collaborated
in building the world's foremost Speech-To-Text
and Electronic Health Record systems. He has over
10 years of experience in the areas of Data Modeling,
Application Architecture, Service Oriented Architectures
and Business Analysis. Prior to joining Mrecord,
Nimesh held leadership roles in various technology
firms including SunInfoways Ltd, Integral IT solutions.

Shyam Nair
VP Managed Services
Shyam Nair is responsible for leading Mrecord Managed
Services Group. Over the past 8 years, Shyam has
been involved in setting up and managing Mrecord
Captive Delivery Centers and building a core team
to manage the delivery of highly specialized managed
services to Mrecord clients. Shyam engineered the
Total Delivery Concept at Mrecord and has been a
founding member of its Quality Initiatives. Prior
to joining MRcord, Shyam had been a part of and
led teams at several Managed Services firms in India.
