Can
a large hospital with multiple locations use mscribe
Enterprise?
Yes. Any practice, hospital, or health system
can use this product.
Is setting up mscribe Enterprise Transcription
Automation suite cumbersome?
No. Our efficient technical support team will
assist you in all aspects of setting up the suite.
They are a highly experienced team who have successfully
installed mscribe Enterprise at various client
locations both remotely and at-site.
Do all physicians in a practice/hospital have
to use the same services and software?
No. We fully understand that dictation and transcription
needs vary from physician to physician. Each physician
in your practice can select from a range of services
and software options offered by mrecord, and can
vary choices by location, by patient or by day.
What types of dictation options are available?
Dictation can be done using handheld digital voice
recorder or software voice recorder on a PC to
create a digital file. Our mscribe FoneDictate
Dictation suite can be also used in conjunction
with mscribe Enterprise to allow physicians to
dictate over phone lines without digital recorders
and such.
How are dictations routed and processed?
Once received via secure internet access, dictation
is routed to transcription team and placed in
a queue. Once the report is completed and checked
for accuracy, it is uploaded to the mscribe Enterprise
physician portal and available for immediate retrieval.
How is documentation stored?
mcribe Enterprise physician portal allows for
documents to be made available online 24x7, which
can be accessed. Upon client instructions, old
data can be deleted or archived.
Can mscribe Enterprise integrate with existing
PM or EMR system?
Yes. Our technology is designed to make it easy
to interface with practice management or EMR system
or any other HIS.
With mscribe Enterprise platform, can we employ
home-based transcriptionists?
Yes. You can use your inhouse team or outsource
your processes to home-based transcriptionists
anywhere with our system without any compliance
regulatory breach.

and we are in another state. Can we do business?
Yes. We serve practices located throughout the
United States. With our secure internet based
platform, there is no need for geographical proximity.
Training and set-up are usually done remotely.
