For whom is mscribe Express suitable?

What is the difference between mscribe Enterprise
and mscribe Express?
mscribe Express was made keeping in mind suitability
for physician offices and small clinics and so
while mscribe Express incorporates all the basic
features of the more powerful mscribe Enterprise,
it lacks some sophisticated tools of Enterprise
that in no way affects the efficient functioning
We are not very technically proficient, would
it be difficult for us to use mscribe Express?
No. Our efficient technical team will assist you
in all aspects right from the setting up through
using the medical transcription suite efficiently
and productively. Mscribe Express is very user
friendly.
If a small clinic like ours start using your
system, would it mean that all physicians would
have to use the same services and software?
No. We fully understand that dictation and
transcription needs vary from physician to physician.
Each physician in your practice can select from
a range of services and software options offered
by mrecord, and can vary choices by location,
by patient or by day.
What types of dictation options are available?
You can dictate using a handheld digital voice
recorder or software voice recorder on a PC to
create a digital file. Our mscribe FoneDictate
Dictation suite can be also used in conjunction
with mscribe Express to allow physicians to dictate
over phone lines without digital recorders and
such.
How is documentation stored?
mcribe Express physician portal allows for documents
to be made available online 24x7, which can be
accessed. Upon client instructions, old data can
be deleted or archived.
Can mscribe Express integrate with other existing
PM or EMR system?
Yes. Our technology is designed to make it easy
to interface with your practice management or
EMR system or any other HIS.
Can we use in-house transcriptionists? Can
they be connected to the mscribe platform?
Yes. We have customers who use a combination of
in-house and outsourced transcription. All work
is processed through the mscribe platform to create
a seamless transcription system.
Your company is located in Cary, North Carolina,
and we are in another state. Can we do business?
Yes. We serve practices located throughout the
United States. With our secure internet based
platform, there is no need for geographical proximity.
Training and set-up are usually done remotely.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. mscribe Express Platform is designed with
HIPAA compliance in mind, and offers the most
secure and private environment for the management
of clinical healthcare information available today.
We use 128-bit encryption during transfer between
our customers, our data center and our employees.
