Dictation suite can be also used in conjunction
with mscribe Express to allow physicians to dictate
over phone lines without digital recorders and

Can we interface to our clients' practice
management or EMR system through your suite?
Our technology is designed to make it easy to
interface with your practice management or EMR
system. We have completed many production interfaces
between our software and PM and EMR systems using
a wide variety of standards.
Can we use in-house transcriptionists as well
as home transcriptionists? Can they be connected
to the mscribe platform?
Yes. We have customers who use a combination
of in-house and outsourced transcription. All
work is processed through the mscribe platform
to create a seamless transcription system.
Your company is located in Cary, North Carolina,
and we are in another state. Can you provide us
adequate technical support for the product?
Yes. Our tech support is available round the clock.
With our secure internet based platform, there
is no need for geographical proximity. Training
and set-up are usually done remotely and also
technical problems are usually solved remotely.

Yes. mscribe Platform is designed with HIPAA compliance
